Mindful eating: En guide till ett mer medvetet förhållande till mat
När mycket pockar på vår uppmärksamhet är det lätt att maten blir något vi stoppar i oss i förbifarten, utan att egentligen vara närvarande i ätandet. Men tänk om vi kunde vända på det och göra varje måltid till en meningsfull upplevelse? Det är här konceptet mindful eating kommer in i bilden.
